Got a quote on 12/30/2024 for damage to my rear bumper on a newer car with 2k miles (freezing rain, parked car slid into my parked car). The gentlemen who provided my quote seemed busy and a bit standoffish considering I had an appt at noon. I know its during the holidays and we all have bad days, but I dont feel comfortable leaving my car here after this experience.
